RETURNS POLICY

  • Any of the motorcycle and car accessories purchased at our online shop of Mybikesolutions are of supreme quality from the leading manufacturers in the market.
  •  In case after purchase if you feel the product is not right for your needs, you have picked up the wrong one or it is damaged in transit and you need a replacement in its place, it can be sent  back to us for a return within 14 days from the date of purchase along with the official proof of purchase.
  • You should make sure the product packing is in its original condition and not tampered with. Kindly do not accept a product that you observe it is  spoiled during delivery.
  • If you fail to notice and sign the acceptance note, the responsibility of damage is transferred to the customer and you do not stand a chance for a return.
  • Make sure the product is in good condition before accepting it from the delivery personnel. Keep your receipt and purchase details handy to enable you to apply for a return.
  • The cost of the return postage is to be borne by the customer.
